1. Processing Times
All orders placed with HappyStoreShop are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other recognized public holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day. During peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you by email if any significant delay is expected with your order.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to become active and display updated movement details. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. International Shipping

HappyStoreShop is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or for any packages seized or returned by customs authorities. If an international order is returned to us due to customs issues, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
7. Delivery Issues
We strive to ensure every order reaches its destination without issue. However, delivery problems can occasionally arise. Below are common delivery scenarios and how we handle them:
- Undeliverable packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an inaccessible address, failed delivery attempts, or other logistical reasons, the package will be returned to HappyStoreShop. Once received, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund for the product cost.
- Incorrect addresses: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order to the correct address.
- Refused delivery: If a package is refused at the point of delivery and returned to HappyStoreShop, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping. A refund for the product amount, minus the original and return shipping charges, may be issued at our discretion.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or the date you received the damaged package.
When reporting a lost or damaged shipment, please provide the following information:

- Photographs of the damaged item and packaging (for damage claims)
Upon receiving your report, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Investigations typically take 5 to 10 business days to resolve. Based on the outcome, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund for the affected items. HappyStoreShop reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
9. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP or postal code, and country before submitting your order.
If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
HappyStoreShop is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses that were provided by the customer. Any costs associated with reshipping to a corrected address will be the customer's responsibility.
